Dear friends, welcome to my website!
Here you can get information on vascular pathology, ask me directly your questions and make an appointment.
I've been dealing with heart and vascular problems for about 15 years. Among those who come to our private clinic there are especially many patients with venous pathology, in particular with varicose veins. In my practice, I try to apply low-traumatic methods, using where possible a variety of minimally invasive techniques. As a surgeon, I am not, however, a supporter of purely surgical approaches. Some diseases of veins and arteries at the initial stage are better treated conservatively.
First of all, I always use an individual approach to the treatment of my patients. I perform a wide range of minimally invasive phlebology operations, which make it possible to achieve optimal results, both therapeutic and cosmetic, in the shortest possible period and thereby reduce the rehabilitation period. Similar approaches to treating patients have long been used in most highly developed countries, in particular in the United States and Denmark, where I was lucky enough to train. This practice of treatment is sometimes a little jokingly called "office surgery".
For each of my patients, I select an individual scheme of drug therapy for atherosclerosis and varicose veins. I also give recommendations on the proposed cosmetic procedures and I advise on compression hosiery and various aspects of lympho press therapy. Contrary to popular belief, the costs of the most effective treatment of a particular patient depend not so much on the degree of external manifestations of varicose veins, but they are much more determined by the data provided by his/her ultrasound examination.
Ultrasound scanning is carried out directly by myself. It should be noted that I do not accept ultrasound data and the relevant conclusions made by external specialists. Only after full scanning and development of an optimal treatment regimen I acquaint the patient with the proposed method of conservative or surgical treatment and inform him of the full cost of the planned surgery in this particular case.
